Saradosi Events specializes in day-of wedding coordination for couples who want to feel present, peaceful, and completely in love with every moment of their big day - Because the only thing you should be doing on your wedding day...is living it!

Meet Nicole, founder of Saradosi Events. She brings over a decade of experience working in the wedding industry. From planning and decor setups, to tuxedo rentals and MC services - She's done it all! But what really lights her up, is coordinating and executing a truly special day for her couples. She'll pay attention to all the little things so you don't have to, ensuring your big day is as seamless and memorable as it should be!

Prior to the Wedding
  • Timeline meeting to create a comprehensive and personalized schedule for your wedding day.

  • Provide professional vendor referrals, as needed, to ensure you have an experienced team that fits your style and budget.

  • Confirm contracts and timing with vendors so everyone is aware of arrival times, load-in instructions, set-up guidelines, and overall event flow.

  • Review all vendor agreements and communicate key event details to each vendor.

  • Coordinate and lead the rehearsal for up to 1.5 hours, and collect wedding items such as toasting glasses, signage, programs, place cards, and décor.

Day of the Wedding
  • 8-10+ hours on the day of the wedding, to be determined by Saradosi Events.

  • Oversee all vendor commitments, arrivals, and set-up to ensure everything is fulfilled to your standards.

  • Set up small décor details including favors, place cards, signage, and personal items.

Bride and groom kissing
  • Manage event timing throughout the day so everything flows seamlessly from start to finish.

  • Accept and assist with floral deliveries, including bouquets, corsages, and pinning boutonnieres uniformly for the wedding party.

  • Assist with pre-ceremony and post-ceremony photography to ensure this time is used efficiently and stays on schedule.

  • Direct guests to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception as needed.

  • Answer guest and family questions throughout the day and troubleshoot any issues discreetly so you can enjoy the celebration.

  • Pack up wedding items and deliver them to the bridal suite or a designated vehicle at the end of the night.

  • Be your eyes and ears all day long so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

A Personal Assistant for the Bride
  • Prepare and lay out the bride’s jewelry, shoes, perfume, and other important details for the photographer.

  • Ensure the bride and bridesmaids stay on schedule and assist with packing and clearing the bridal suite.

  • Check in on the groom and groomsmen to confirm they are dressed on time and assist with pinning boutonnieres.

  • Ensure the groom and groomsmen pack up their personal items and know where those belongings will be moved.

  • Set aside the groom’s personal items to be transferred to the honeymoon suite or another designated location.

  • Coordinate the first look with the photographer to keep the moment smooth and on schedule.

  • Make sure the bride and bridesmaids have everything they need throughout the day — touch-ups, personal items, comfort, and support.
